We've been hard at work improving your experience on Arcane Ink Productions. Here's what's new:

• Bell notifications - Stay informed with the new notification bell in your header. Never miss important updates!
• Email notifications - Receive alerts for news, announcements, and replies directly to your inbox
• Customizable preferences - Toggle what notifications you want via your profile settings
• Mark as read / Delete seen - Keep your notification center tidy

• Threaded discussions - Reply directly to specific comments on games and news articles
• Nested replies - Conversations now flow naturally with indented reply chains
• Reply notifications - Get notified when someone responds to your comment
• Thread subscriptions - Auto-subscribe to discussions you participate in

We've completely overhauled how game reviews work:

• Registration required - All reviews now require a registered account. Anonymous drive-by ratings are no longer accepted.
• Detailed feedback - When rating a game, you'll now answer three questions:
• What did you like?
• What did you dislike?
• Suggestions for improvement?
• Visible authorship - Reviews display the reviewer's username and badges

A note on reviews: We welcome honest critique and constructive feedback—even harsh ones. Low ratings with thoughtful reasoning help us improve. However, this isn't F95Zone. We don't tolerate review bombing or empty 1-star spite ratings because a game didn't cater to your specific preferences. Criticism is welcome; tantrums are not. If you're a child, get yourself a nanny and we will welcome you back when you grow up.
