- File Attachments: You can now upload screenshots, PDFs, or text files when submitting tickets. This helps us diagnose issues faster and provides clearer context for your reports.
- Categorized Tickets: We've added predefined categories (e.g., Bug Report, Billing Issue, Game Suggestion) to streamline submissions. This ensures tickets are routed correctly and improves our response times.
- Delete Closed Tickets: Users can now delete their own closed tickets directly from the profile to keep things tidy—no more piling up!
- Notification System: Get instant alerts for ticket replies via a floating notification beacon. It pops up with unread counts and shows details in a sleek modal. Integrated with Discord for broader updates.
